Workflow Processes
As we work together, communication and timeliness are key. Please see below for an outline of the workflow processes we offer to ensure the best outcomes for your project.
Rapid Fire
This workflow process is best for singular, short-term projects to be completed in two weeks or less. This process involves:
- Initial contact
- Pre-quote questionnaire
- Proposal and customized quote
- Contract and invoice
- Access to the FireCopy Client Portal
- One optional phone and/or video conference to discuss any needed revisions or changes
- One round of revision within 1-3 business days of a completed draft
- Project completion and fire results!
Fanning Flames
This workflow process is best for projects that are multifaceted and will be completed over several weeks or months. This process involves:
- Initial contact
- Pre-quote questionnaire
- Proposal and customized quote
- Contract and invoice
- Access to the FireCopy Client Portal
- Unlimited optional phone and/or video conferencing to discuss any needed revisions or changes at any point during the project timeline
- Cyclical revision within 1-3 business days of each completed draft
- Project completion and fire results!
